Decent greasy spoon cafe serving decent gub. Good place for a filling lunch before train for matinee concert in London. Will definitely come again.

I went today for some lunch right after work. The staff was really nice and friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered lamb chops, and damn were they nice! You get 4 chops, a generous amount of chips (or mash potatoes), green peas, roasted tomatoes (which I ordered extra) and gravy, the food was on my table within 10 minutes of ordering. I also got a bottle of water and orange juice. All this came for the price of 9,90, so as you can see the prices are very affordable! Most likely I will be coming back
I come here for my work lunch fairly often. The staff are super friendly and they take the time to get to know you and what you tend to order. I often find they complete my sentence for me when taking my order xD sometimes it can be very busy, but they are very efficient and thank you for waiting. They always want to know if you enjoyed your meal, and i always do! It's reliably delicious. Only down side is i want to have a nap after eating so much, which is difficult when i go back to work! Love this place, would recommend to anyone!
