Overpriced. Didn't even fix the issue and have been told I need to come back again.
Its terrible service. You walk in there and they don't say a word. Then you go to pay and they say how much it is. Thank you go thanks very much a and no response. Also it's over priced with very few deals. I give it one star
Hugely over inflated prices and poor customer service. I've now had two bad experiences with this garage and I've heard numerous reports of similar bad service. Never again.
Wonderful service! The people I dealt with last night and this morning where all very professional and friendly. I needed the car to be sorted out quickly and it was. Recommend this garage 100%
There are other garages in the area who are willing to check out your car to find a basic problem without charging 80-odd quid to do it. After paying this, I took my car elsewhere to get repaired on principle. It wasn't cheaper, but at least I didn't feel like I was getting fleeced which is the impression I got from Arnold's.(Edit 14.02.2018) - I've been with 'First 4 Cars' for the last year or so, they're fantastic, good em!
