Really good service and friendly staff
Just read review below from Gary. We were ALSO overcharged by Haslemere without being told - took 200 deposit AND full payment without informing us. Overall, very poor service from the management at Haslemere Enterprise. They were unable to source me a replacement car when I got a cracked windscreen and so I spent 5 valuable days of my holiday either not able to drive or driving with a cracked windscreen. Having overcharged us, the Manager (?) of Haslemere Enterprise was not able to coordinate a solution to our problen and couldnt find us a replacement vehicle over the 5 remaining days of our rental. He communicated poorly with us throughout. Sas to see in what I felt was an otherwise well regarded company.
Chichester branch absolutely brilliant. But the Haslemere one complete wasters. The latter messed up my booking over charged and never even apologised when it was highlighted. Took extra money without asking - like believe that's called theft.Thankfully the Chichester lady manager got it sorted!
Delivery and collection is great, the cleanliness of cars is not. 2 of the 3 cars I have rented have been dirty, lacking screen wash and not what I would have expected at all. One was delivered smelling of gone off milk. Promised an upgrade due to poor service and did not deliver such promises.
Fantastic customer services. Made it so easy from start to finish. Would highly reccomend for anyone needing to rent a car.
