I have nothing but praise for Tom & Will. I became interested in buying the new Nuvo jSax long before it was officially released and I was in regular contact with Tom who kept me updated about when their order for the instruments had been despatched and then when it arrived. The order I placed was dealt with smoothly and quickly and the jSax duly arrived. Subsequently, I discovered that Nuvo were now producing mouthpiece caps which fitted their Clarineo, Dood and jSax so, once again, I ordered some for the DooDs that I own. As before, all queries were answered promptly and there were no problems. I cannot do anything other than recommend Tom & Will without reservation - they really care about their products and their customers.
