Karens classes are small and friendly. She pushes you to achieve whilst making sure you are practicing safely.
I highly recommend Karens classes. I have found Karen to be very professional, she understands the body and injuries. She is very motivational and passionate in her teaching and makes it fun as well as getting results. My posture and core strength has greatly improved by attending her classes. I can highly recommend her Pilates and Bootybarre classes & One to One.
Karen is not only lovely but more importantly an excellent Pilates teacher working from her very nice studio in Haslemere. She teaches both group and one to one and she is without a doubt the best teacher I have ever had here or in London. She knows the body very well, and understands your needs, she has an eagle eye and is very good at explaining how movements should be made. I could not recommend her more highly.
