Their physios really know their stuff. I definitely recommend them.
Lost an insole made here a couple of years ago. The company still has my custom fittings but refused to have more made for me, and instead insisted that I come in for all the testing, videography and fitting again, ie paying for a full course which I dont need. Not pleased given that I am a repeat customer and the overall course is c400, so I will go elsewhere
