We had Tom in to change out a boiler, very neat job and pleasant guy to have around the house for a couple of days. Sorted out a problem with our shower while he was here and dealt with the usual unexpected issues during the boiler install without any fuss or bother.
My partner first used Tom recently when she was having problems with her heating and hot water.Her boiler cover company were telling her she needed a new water tank, and wouldn't continue covering her system until this was replaced,at great cost.Tom assessed the problem ,which wasn't the tank at fault and replaced the part ,a valve that was needed,at a great saving.I have also just used him ,and found him professional, reliable, he sorted out some gas pipe work, that didn't meet gas safe standards, This was not a straight forward job,as some of the tiles had to be removed off the roof to access the pipe in question.This did not phase Tom, he carried out the work, and also the price was extremely reasonable.I would highly recommend him.
