We've had nothing but wonderful caring treatment for both our elderly dog Dillon and cat Orin, and now for our young puppy Shadow. As others have already said Chris is quite a character - loves high tech and seems to always be getting in the latest diagnostic equipment (eg onsite blood analysis) so no delays waiting for lab results to come back. Both Chris and Lisa discuss and explain their proposed treatment of your pet in as much detail as you wish - e.g. we even got an iPhone picture after Dillon was "under the knife" for a minor op. The nurses and receptionists must not be forgotten as they too have a genuine love and interest in your pet. If only the NHS was as organised and good.
Absolutely amazing service! Receptionists are the kindest people ever and the actual vets were phenomenal! We had Alexis who treated my cat with love and compassion and was gentle and calm with her! She was funny and ver professional! Totally recommend this vets to anyone!!

I dont really think words like great, amazing, caring etc fully cover my experience of Chris & his team at Crofts! Not just the obvious love that they show to the animals, but I have to say, Chris is a character that you do not meet every day! Doting on his family & outwardly proud of his welcoming practice. Hes just a really decent, funny, kind guy! We need more Chris in this world. Could not think of a greater man to tend to my beloved Harley! Many Thanks All
