Unprofessional, disorganised and dishonest. When I chased them for an update (estimate 2-3 working days, was 8 in the end) I was told they'll give me a call once done, which never happened. Then the owner blamed me for picking the car up late and was extremely unfriendly, he also accused me of being rude when I simply stated the facts. Ridiculous! Only giving two stars because the repair itself is satisfactory.
